Celebrate New Year’s Eve in the Heart of the Cotswolds
Join us at The Angel at Burford on Thursday 31st December 2026 for a special evening of seasonal dining as we say goodbye to 2026 and welcome the New Year.
Our chefs have created a celebratory New Year’s Eve menu, bringing together carefully chosen ingredients, rich winter flavours and a few indulgent touches to mark the occasion.
A Special Menu for the Occasion
The evening begins with Champagne and canapés on arrival, followed by a menu showcasing seasonal produce and dishes prepared with care by our kitchen team.
Highlights include Crab, Pea and Broad Bean Arancini with Saffron Beurre Blanc, Braised Blade of Beef with Wild Mushroom and Chestnut Ragu, and Pan-fried Cod with Champagne Sauce.
To finish, enjoy a Rum Baba with Chocolate Crème Pâtissière, Vanilla Cream, Boozy Raisins and Hazelnut Brittle.
Vegetarian options are available, with dietary requirements catered for wherever possible.
